Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00 PM Deep Water Workout
Aqua Aerobics A FUN invigorating workout in shallow water to GREAT music. Shoes are optional, but highly recommended. No swimming skills are required. Most exercises are performed in a vertical position. All people of all fitness levels are welcome. Weekday evening classes are held during the summer. Sunday mornings continue year-round!
Deep Water Workout A FUN impact-free workout using flotation equipment to stabilize your posture for a full body workout. This class challenges you to lengthen your body while strengthening core muscles. Includes water running. Participants must be comfortable in deep water. Flotation provided, up to 25 people. This class is offered April through October only.

*Sometimes, Mills holds events which results in class cancellation. Whenever possible, email participants will be notified and this page will be updated to show dates closed.
*In the event of weather conditions that would make class unsafe, class may be canceled. If it’s raining, we still hold class.
*If the instructor needs to cancel class, she will make every attempt to notify those on the email list. Frequent participants may request to be included on our phone tree (thanks Judi!)
Cost
$10.00 per class, drop in basis, general public, Mills alum, faculty and staff
Or, prepay $80.00 for 10 classes ($2.00 savings per class!)
Current Mills students (with ID) $3.00 per class
Scholarships available (ask instructor)
Location
The classes are held in the Mills College Pool in beautiful Oakland, California.
